Father’s Day Card Share

Good Morning crafters and TGIF.  I hope that everyone had a great week and have some fabulous crafty weekend plans.  I just wanted to pop on here before I start my day to post a Father’s Day Card that I created for a friend.

Here is a peek at what I created:

daddy karen anneHer Dad is really into music and rumor has it he took over one of the kids bedrooms after the moved out and turned it into a music room.  I created this card using my Cameo.  I cut the guitar and added some cross stitch floss to it as the strings.  I popped this up on an Action Wobble that I picked up from Kim at The Cutting Garden.  The sentiment is also from the Cameo but I cut it in half so it would fit on the card front.  I created the background paper by using a music note background stamp form SU.  I inked the entire card using Vintage Photo Distress Ink. I finished off the card with some metal studs that I picked up a while back (I ALWAYS need some sort of bling on a card…lol).

Thanks for peeking in and have a great day!!!
