Good morning crafters, I hope that everyone is having a great day. It is muggy and my legs are telling me that we have rain coming. I just wanted to pop on here and post a couple of cards that I created last week.
Here is a peek at what I did:
I used some yummy Carta Bella paper that my friend Leda sent me several months back and have been hoarding it. It is covered with dress forms and it is awesome!!! I thought the Flourishes stamp set that I picked up from Kim called, Feminine Charm went well with the paper. I colored the dress form and fussy cut it out. On one of the cards I used a Cheery Lynn Designs doily that I had die cut in my stash and the other I used a piece of card stock that I dry embossed with an embossing folder. I used two of my beloved Punch Around the Page sets from Martha Stewart. I finished off both with a bow made with tulle, butterflies, and flat back pearls. The sentiment is from the same stamp set.
Kim at The Cutting Garden carries a great supply of Flourishes stamp sets, punch sets, Cheery Lynn Designs, tulle and other trims and ribbons.
Thanks for peeking in and have a great day!!!
